White side-closure smock with frog-style buttons at the shoulder/collar and a maroon embroidered caduceus over U S on the pocket. Short sleeves, stand collar. Photographed on a hanger; light stains and storage wear are visible on the lower front and fabric is softly creased.

I have not confirmed size, fiber, or contract date from a fully readable tag in these photos. Message me and I’ll read the tag in hand and measure it flat.
