Vintage Green Metal First-Aid Kit with Mixed Period Contents

A rusty green steel first-aid case with a removable tray and mixed period medical contents. One pictured component is dated June 1976; the case maker, exact date, and whether every supply belongs to it remain unverified.

$80.00Used - Fair

Old green steel, a carry handle, and a tray full of mixed period medical contents. This vintage metal first-aid kit includes wrapped dressings, bandage packaging, scissors, a large plastic syringe, tape, safety pins, and other loose supplies shown in the photos. A June 1976 date is visible on one item in the tray; that dates that component, not necessarily the case or every item here.

Condition is plainly vintage and rough around the edges. The green case has widespread rust, paint loss, oxidation, dark residue, worn adhesive or tape remnants on the lid, and corrosion at the latch and handle hardware. The interior has age wear, rust spots, dust or debris, and surface marks. The tray is yellowed and marked. Contents are mixed, loose, aged, stained or soiled in places, and may be incomplete or from different dates; some packaging is opened, worn, or torn. The latch and handle are present in the photos, but their long-term function has not been tested. The maker marking on the handle is not legible, and no military marking is confirmed.

Sold as a collectible or display piece only — none of the medical contents are for use.
