Buyer questions

Are your antiques sold as-is with flaws disclosed before payment?

Yes. Listings include photos and condition notes, including wear, missing parts, and anything untested. OBO pieces have no listed-price checkout. You offer, or you ask a question, before money moves.

Do you restore pieces before they go up?

Not unless the listing says so. Most objects are cleaned only as needed and left as found.

Can I pick up antiques in Franklinton?

Yes, after payment. Fragile glass and framed tin can ship if you want a postage quote first.

What if the piece is not as described?

Full refund on resale items, including return shipping. Email Sales@lottsandfound.com before you send it back.
