Privacy policy

Lott’s & Found is a one-person shop in Franklinton, Louisiana. This page says what information we handle and why. Questions: Sales@lottsandfound.com.
What we collect
- Email addresses when you join the newsletter, contact us, or complete an order.
- Messages you send by email, text, or Messenger, including the item you are asking about.
- Order details needed to fulfill a sale: item, pickup or shipping choice, and the address Stripe collects for shipped orders.
Payments
Card numbers for resale checkout are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on this site. Art prints check out on Printify; Printify handles payment and shipping for those orders under its own privacy policy.
Site analytics and ads
GoatCounter records page visits. Google Analytics measures page visits and checkout and purchase events. Those events can include item references, item names, order identifiers, currency, and amounts. Meta Pixel measures visits and checkout and purchase events associated with Facebook and Instagram advertising. Payment-card details are not sent through these analytics events. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may use browser cookies. Your browser may also store a theme preference, temporary checkout tokens, and markers that prevent duplicate purchase events.
Hosting
Netlify hosts the site, processes the contact, newsletter, and shipping-quote forms, and provides site-performance measurement. Form submissions are handled through Netlify so Kayne can respond.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell personal information. We use it to answer you, complete an order, send the newsletter you joined, and understand whether the site is working.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for fulfillment, refunds, and basic bookkeeping. Newsletter addresses stay until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed.
Your requests
Email Sales@lottsandfound.com to unsubscribe, correct something we have wrong, or ask what we have on file. If you paid through Stripe or Printify, some records also live with those companies and have to be requested there.
