Terms of sale

These terms cover purchases from Lott’s & Found, a one-person shop in Franklinton, Louisiana. Questions: Sales@lottsandfound.com.
What we sell
Most pieces are vintage, used, or surplus and are listed as found. Each listing records the item, its photos, and condition notes, including flaws and missing parts. Unique items are sold as a single piece unless the listing describes a lot.
How you pay
Resale items check out on Stripe. This site does not collect card numbers. Pickup in Franklinton or U.S. shipping is chosen before you pay. If a shipping total is not listed, send your ZIP and we email a Stripe checkout total before payment.
Art prints (including Cypress After Rain) are sold through our Printify shop. Size, shipping, tax, and payment for those prints are handled by Printify, not Stripe on this site.
Pickup and shipping
Local pickup is in Franklinton, Louisiana, after Stripe payment. Pickup details come by email. U.S. orders ship with tracking. We do not offer international shipping on resale items unless a listing says otherwise.
If it is not as described
If a resale item is not as described, you get a full refund, including return shipping. Tell us at Sales@lottsandfound.com before returning the piece. Print orders follow Printify’s own return rules.
Availability
Listings can sell or be withdrawn. If an item cannot be fulfilled after payment, we refund in full. Offers and questions are welcome through the contact routes on this site. They are not a purchase until Stripe or Printify confirms payment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. The shop is based in Franklinton, Louisiana.
