A Row of Tabasco Bottles, Peppers, and Corrugated Tin

A long, bright still life of pepper sauce, peppers, and garlic sits on corrugated metal inside a worn wood frame. Here’s what stands out when you look closely.

A picture with a pantry’s worth of color

The first thing I notice is the rhythm: bottle, bottle, bottle, then the scatter of peppers and garlic that keeps the picture from feeling too tidy. Reds and greens do most of the talking. The bottles are painted in different shapes and colors, with Tabasco and McIlhenny labels visible across the panel. It reads like a little still life built around a familiar kitchen staple, but the real appeal is how much is packed into a relatively narrow frame.

There are long red peppers hanging near the top, smaller peppers and cucumbers across the bottom, and garlic bulbs tucked between the bottles. The arrangement has an old shop-sign energy without needing to claim that it was ever a shop sign. What we can say from the object is simpler: it is a framed decorative wall panel with pepper-sauce imagery and visible Tabasco/McIlhenny branding.

The surface is part of the composition

This is not a flat print under glass. The image is on heavy-gauge corrugated tin, and that surface gives the panel a little texture even before you get to the frame. Turn it around and the corrugation is visible from the back, along with hanging hardware. The listing measures the outside of the frame at 11 by 21.5 inches; those handwritten measurements can be seen in the reverse photos.

The frame has worn edges, marks, and rougher areas. The image surface shows age and spotting too. I like being direct about that because those details affect how the piece will look on a wall: it has a lived-in finish, not the clean uniformity of new decor. The listing includes close views of the frame, corners, front, and reverse so you can make your own call on the condition.

A compact wall piece with a point of view

At just under two feet wide, it has enough horizontal reach to sit over a small counter, shelf, or collection without taking over an entire wall. The bottles and produce give it a strong subject from across the room; the corrugated panel and frame reward a closer look. If your kitchen already has a few vintage tins or Louisiana food labels, this would join that conversation naturally. If you simply like bold color and a little wear, it can stand on its own.

I’m listing it as decorative wall art. The object itself does the selling: a row of illustrated bottles, peppers and garlic, framed in wood over ridged metal. Open the listing for the full set of condition and reverse-side photos, including the hardware and handwritten dimensions.
